Nationwide Shipping

We ship everywhere in the USA including Hawaii and Alaska. All our products are shipped from fulfillment centers strategically located in the middle of the country to ensure fast, efficient delivery.

Note: We can't ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses (our packages need a physical street address) 

Shipping Schedule

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CDT will be fulfilled and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CDT will be fulfilled and shipped the next business day.

We ship every day of the week from Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after fulfillment.

Please note that holidays, carrier delays, and destination-specific transit times may occasionally extend delivery estimates beyond this timeframe. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these circumstances.

After You Place Your Order

Please note, your delivery date cannot be changed or expedited after you have placed your order. We process and ship orders quickly to ensure maximum freshness. In case of any changes to be made to a placed order, these can only be made prior to fulfillment and shipping of the package per the shipping schedule above.

Important: Make sure you're available at the time of delivery. Our beverages are refrigerated products and should be stored in a refrigerated environment upon arrival.

Temperature Protection During Transit

To protect product quality, all of our orders are packed in highly insulated boxes with dry ice. This specialized packaging is specifically designed to maintain proper temperature throughout transit—even when traveling through warmer regions or during extended delivery windows.

Quality Assurance

Customer satisfaction and product safety are extremely important to us. If your package arrives warm or shows any signs of damage, fermentation, or quality issues, please contact us immediately upon delivery.

We may ask you to provide:

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

  • Your order details
