Ingredients

For the base:

  • 6 fl oz CANE'D Classy Sugarcane Juice
  • Ice cubes

For the matcha cold foam:

  • 1.5g Matcha Powder
  • ¼ cup Milk (dairy or plant-based like oat or almond milk)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon sweetener (honey or simple syrup) if desired

How To Make

  • Build the Mix
    Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Shake well and pour the CANE'D Classy cold pressed Sugarcane Juice over the ice, filling the glass about two-thirds to three-quarters full.
  • Shake It Up
    In a separate measuring cup or small bowl, combine matcha powder with the milk. Use a milk frother or whisk vigorously to create a smooth, frothy mixture with no lumps.
  • Prep the Glass
    Continue frothing the matcha mixture for 30-60 seconds until it becomes light, airy, and develops a cloud-like foam consistency on top.
  • Strain & Serve
    Gently pour or spoon the matcha cold foam over the sugarcane juice, creating a beautiful layered effect. Stir gently before drinking to combine the flavors, or sip through the foam for a layered experience.

Tips:

  • For a thicker foam, use cold milk and froth longer
  • The drink creates a beautiful Instagram-worthy layered look before stirring
  • Best enjoyed fresh while the foam is still fluffy
  • Oat milk creates the creamiest, most stable foam
