Ingredients

For the lychee base:

  • 6 fl oz CANE'D Classy Sugarcane Juice
  • 4-5 canned Lychees
  • 2-3 tbsp Lychee Syrup 
  • Ice cubes

For the matcha layer:

  • 1-2 tsp Matcha Powder
  • ¼ cup warm water
  • Optional: 1-2 tablespoons simple syrup or honey for extra sweetness

How To Make

  • Muddle the Base
    In a glass jar or tall glass, add lychees and pour in the lychee syrup to create a sweet, fruity base layer.
  • Add the Ice
    Fill the glass with ice cubes, then shake well and pour the CANE'D Classy cold pressed Sugarcane Juice over the lychees and ice, filling about two-thirds of the glass.
  • Build the Drink
    In a separate bowl, whisk the matcha powder with warm water using a bamboo matcha whisk (chasen) or regular whisk, whisking vigorously in a zigzag motion until smooth, frothy, and no lumps remain.
  • Top It Off
    Slowly pour the whisked matcha mixture onto the sugarcane-lychee base to create a beautiful layered effect with vibrant green matcha on top. Stir gently before drinking to combine all the flavors.

  • Use canned lychees in syrup for convenience and consistent sweetness
  • The bamboo whisk creates the best frothy matcha texture
  • For a creamier version, whisk matcha with a splash of milk instead of water
